Photos from the first Divine Liturgy in Penang

The first Orthodox Christian Divine Liturgy in Penang occured at 9am in the Catholic Diocesan Centre in Georgetown. Father Pavel and Father Seraphim from the Archangel Michael Orthodox Church in Kuala Lumpur were serving, and Mother Melchizideka from the Gorodok St Nicholas women’s monastery in Ukraine was leading the choir.

We are planning to hold a divine liturgy in Georgetown once a month.  Details will be posted on this blog. There is also a divine liturgy in Johor Bharu once a month, and of course, multiple services a week in Kuala Lumpur.

Please contact me using this link if you want more information.
